Welcome to MSD Sales, a powerful sales analysis tool which allows to view sales information of one or more companies in table format, in decision cube format and in chart format (columns, bars, lines, areas and pies).

This tool will improve your sales reports, allowing you to analyze the sales information by products, groups, clients, salesmen, payments and countries.

The sales reports can be configured at will by dragging the sales database fields to any of the three available data areas in the decision cube.

Analysis charts can also be configured.

The program allows to print the sales tables, the sales decision cube and the sales charts.

In addition to this, MSD Sales features stand alone tools such as a word processor, a spreadsheet and an image viewer. Any record in the program main database may contain a word processor document, a spreadsheet and an image.

All the reports can be saved to disk in PDF format.

Powerful tools for data finding and filtering

The most important feature of an information manager, after populating it with information, is being able to find what we are looking for easily and fast. One of the most remarkable features of this program is a set of tools for finding and filtering the information. You will be able to find records containing some text in any field, or records modified during the last week using the following tools:
в–Є Filters by field: you will be able to filter the databases by the content of any field or combination of fields.
в–Є Find (Ctrl-F): this tool finds the first or the next record containing some text in any field or in the field of your choice.
в–Є Locate (Ctrl-L): this tool allows to locate any number of records containing some text in the description field. As you enter characters in the edit box the program shows all the records matching the entered text.

Unlimited different reports

This program is able to print an almost unlimited number of different reports, because it prints the exact content of data grids, which can be configured in very different ways (fields visibility, data sorting, data grouping, data filtering).

PDF support

All program reports, memo fields and rich text documents can be saved to PDF files.

Comfortable and easy to use interface, similar in all the program

As it is explained in the tutorial of the program, you can add (Ins), modify (Enter) and eliminate (Del) records in any module of the program in a very simple and fast way. You will also be able to view or print reports with ease (Ctrl-P).

Storage and recovery of table configurations

This is an extremely powerful and useful characteristic of this program. It can keep so many configurations as you wish of each data grid and it can recover them at any time. Each configuration record contains the data grid parameters, the position and visibility of its columns, its columns sorting, its columns grouping group and its filters.

Data access from a local network

With the Multiuser version of the program several people can share the information in a local network, with access rights control.


You can protect the confidentiality of your data while the program is running and after exiting it:
в–Є While the program is running, by asking a password to open it, to open the main modules, to recover the program from the system tray or to display alarms. This protection avoids unauthorized access to your data if you leave the computer unattended for some time.
