MeshLab is an open source, extendible and portable system for the editing and processing of unstructured 3D triangular meshes.
MeshLab is aimed to help the processing of the typical not-so-small unstructured models arising in 3D scanning, providing a set of tools for editing, cleaning, healing, inspecting, rendering and converting this kind of meshes.
Here are some key features of "MeshLab":
В· Interactive selection and deletion of portion of the mesh. Even for large models.
В· Painting interface for selecting, smoothing and coloring meshes.

* New behavior for filter creating meshes. Empty document are now meaningful
* New interface and behaviour for decoration plugins, now they can have dynamic parameters.
* Totally restructured view/window mechanism. Now you can have:
o multiple windows of the same mesh
o standard orthographic viewing directions (up/down/left,etc)
o copy/paste of current viewing parameters between different windows (you can even save them for later re-use...);
* Isoparametrization works. Really!
* new Radiance Scaling rendering mode.
