With SaveMail, you choose what you want to save, where you want to save it and how you want to save it. Do you like to file things by date? by subject? by who they are from? Your email can be saved with all this information right there in the filename. Would you like to backup your email regularly? SaveMail can be "autorun" from the command line which means you can put a shortcut on your desktop that backs up your mail. Or it can go into the Windows Task Scheduler so it happens even if you forget to click the shortcut! Do you maintain a database or a register of email correspondence? Outlook 2003 requires user agreement to any program, including SaveMail, accessing email information. 3. The Free Edition has limits regarding how it saves email, but still saves an unllimited number of messages.
