Studiometry breaks these boundaries by giving you native programs for both Mac and Windows machines that function identically.

Seamless Syncing.
A Studiometry network can have a Mac or Windows server host and serve data to Mac and/or Windows machines. Operating systems don't matter when it comes to syncing Studiometry. You can also connect to your Studiometry server over a LAN or remotely via the Internet, and changes made on any machine will be immediately reflected on all other connected machines. Studiometry gives you the most flexible options out there to connect and view your data.

Clients and Contacts.

All of your client and contact information can be easily stored, viewed, and referenced in Studiometry. This information is linked throughout the program. For example, client address and email information will automatically be inserted when sending invoices and reports.

Move Forward with Potential Clients.

Put your potential clients into Studiometry using the customizable categories to separate them from your actual clients. Once you land a project with a potential client, you'll already have their contact information ready to go for billing and other correspondence.

Travel expenses, copy costs, and equipment charges (to name a few) will no longer go unbilled! Studiometry can also track recurring expenses for projects, such as monthly fees billed to your clients.

With Studiometry's powerful invoicing system, all of your tracked work can be easily invoiced with the push of a button. Use one of the many invoice templates included in Studiometry, or create your own personalized one. Our WYSIWYG Template Editor lets you drag and place the elements of your personalized invoices to achieve the exact look and function you need.

Estimates, Purchase Orders, Paperwork.

The powerful built-in reports system lets you create estimates, purchase orders, progress reports, and more. Using Studiometry’s built-in templates or your own customized ones, Studiometry creates professional-looking paperwork to your exact specifications.

Payments, Retainers, Balances.

Studiometry can help record your incoming payments as well as client retainers and balances. Invoices can be automatically paid from a combination of available retainer funds and payments. Studiometry will track all of this and make it easy to show your clients their running balances.

Just like recurring project expenses, Studiometry can also track your recurring business expenses such as your office rent, phone bills, and utilities. Studiometry's accounting window helps manage your internal expenses to give you a better picture of your business's cash flow when exporting to or syncing with a full fledged accounting program.



Sync Directly with Accounted 2.0.

With one click you can easily sync your types, contacts, employees, currencies, and transactions into Oranged Software's sophisticated accounting program, Accounted. For Studiometry users requiring more powerful accounting features, Accounted is the perfect sidekick.

Export.

Studiometry can export directly to Quickbooks IIF files, delimited text files, and more. Expense reports and tax reports are also available to easily export and send data to your accountant.

Address Book Syncing.

Studiometry can sync your contacts to and from Apple Address Book. Change a contact's information in either Studiometry or Address Book, and it will automatically be updated in the other. (Available for Mac OS 10.4 and later)

iCal Syncing.

Studiometry can sync your To-Dos, project deadlines, and invoice due dates to and from iCal. Changes made in Studiometry or iCal will immediately be reflected in the other program. (Available for Mac OS 10.5 and later)

Menu Bar Status Item.

Easily access your timers, To-Dos , clients, and projects from any program while Studiometry is open. The status item gives you access to your Studiometry data without actually having to make Studiometry the active application. (Available for Mac OS 10.3 and later)
