### Evaluation of double integrals by iterated integration

Evaluation of double integrals by iterated integration. This is a
simple extension of DBLQUAD to non-rectangular regions of the types

D1 = {(x,y): a < x < b, c(x) < y < d(x)},

D2 = {(x,y): a(y) < x < b(y), c < y < d}.

EXAMPLE: Integrate g(x,y) = (1 + x + y^2)^-2 over the unbounded

g = @(x,y) (1 + x + y.^2).^-2;
tol = 1e-6;

% Inner integral with respect to y
a = 0; b = inf;
c = @(x)x; d = inf;
% 0.361597550133487

% Inner integral with respect to x
a = 0; b = @(y)y;
c = 0; d = inf;
% 0.361596750638751

% Calculus
Q3 = pi/2 - 2*pi*sqrt(3)/9
