BaadLand is an action game where you are a farmer who has to save 7 cloned sheep from various deadly threats. The farmer can only do two things: move using the four navigator keys, and build a temporary wall using the fire/ok key. When you build four walls in a diamond shape, it creates a garden inside the walls. You save the sheep by catching them in gardens.
Designed from the ground up to be intuitive and fun to play on devices with a mobile phone form factor (small screen, four-way navigator).
23 levels of increasing difficulty with up to seven sheep and several different kinds of obstacles.
Support for navigator control designed to enable player to move both quickly and accurately.
Diamond shaped boxes make movement of the farmer intuitive.
Clever sheep artificial intelligence. Sheep move off and on the playing area, often switching direction and changing speed. They appear to tease the player.
Several types of obstacles with different playing characteristics.
Positive game story. The goal is to save sheep: it is not a shooting type game.
