Para magamit ang PinoyTXT, i-add ang PinoyTXT sa serbisyo ng YehBA at magrehistro. Kasunod ay i-add ang iyong mga numero ng inyong mga contact sa Pilipinas na ang gamit ay Globe at TM. Para sa mas maganda at tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo ng PinoyTXT, payuhan ang inyong contact sa Pilipinas na sa numero lamang PinoyTXT sumagot.
