I’m the PainSlayer.I am professionally trained as a Certified Advanced Rolfer.
I’m the PainSlayer.I am professionally trained as a Certified Advanced Rolfer. I teach workshops and am the author of three books on The Rossiter System, a collection of 200-plus two-person stretching techniques I developed to help people help each other out of pain. I know about chronic, structural pain because I was in pain once, too. But I found a way out, and I’ve spent the past 25 years of my life teaching anyone who’s interested – factory workers, golfers, athletes, nurses, holistic health practitioners, bodyworkers, massage therapists, senior citizens, runners, baseball players, coaches, even a 96-year-old Senior Olympian – how to stay out of pain. Now, you can learn how, the same way that people all over the world have learned these techniques.
It’s always been my belief that your body is a fountain of wisdom, able to heal itself with the proper tools, knowledge, techniques and encouragement. The Rossiter System gives you those. These techniques require two people, and they can be rocket scientists or bozos. It's easy. But doctors beware! This is way over your head! You must possess the ability to have simple thoughts that don't require surgery, shots or other weird things like pills of every color, or devices that tighten around an area that needs real blood to recover. So doctors, be very afraid!
How to use this app? Just WATCH the videos and see how it’s done, almost anywhere except underwater. OR you can read on about my semi-exciting life of stepping on people. Some say I enjoy my job too much. You be the judge. http://www.stepoutofpain.com/
I discovered Rolfing was a wonderful tool for pain relief, so I became a Rolfer. But Rolfing, I soon discovered, is hard on the Rolfer’s body, so I changed it. I combined it with powerful movements and encouragement and developed The Rossiter System, the ultimate in two-person stretches.
So go step on someone the right way, the Rossiter Way. Just watch the video and proceed slowly. Watch the video, and then add weight to make your partner moan and whine - and then call for movement. If your partner’s screaming, biting and trying to crawl away, it’s too much weight. Start over. Do each technique for 10 seconds, then do it again.
Just so you know, I”ve been trying to give this pain-relief approach to every company, every government body, every hospital, every doctor, but nobody can handle the fact that it’s SO EASY and SO CHEAP. Why? They simply have no interest in you paying them less money. So pay your $1.99 for the advanced version of this PainSlayer app or continue to throw the gazillion dollars at the “experts” daily to keep your family healthy. You now have a choice. Tell your friends, too!
A couple of start-up tips: PIC stands for Person In Charge - the person interested in getting out of pain. The PIC is always in charge of the process. If the PIC says stop! – then STOP. Period. The Coach is the person doing the technique on the PIC. The Coach’s job is to make the the PIC work harder – to Move! Stretch! Reach! A PIC cannot just be stepped on. All the techniques depend on movement by the PIC…or it doesn’t work!
