Daylite For Mac Publisher's description
from Marketcircle Inc.
Daylite is a business productivity manager designed to help you manage your business and your team.
Daylite is a business productivity manager designed to help you manage your business and your team. More than just a CRM, Daylite can be used to manage your company’s projects, sales, contacts, tasks, appointments, meetings, notes, and email.
Daylite can be used by your whole organization. You can access shared calendars, delegate tasks to co-workers, collaborate on projects, schedule meetings with individuals in your organization, and share all the information you and your co-workers need to move your business forward.
Single users too.
Running a small business by yourself can be quite daunting. Daylite helps you work smarter instead of harder, allowing you to stay on top of the most important things, even if you're working alone. And when it's time, Daylite can grow alongside your business if you decide to expand your one-man operation into a multi-user organization.
Mail Integration (DMI)
DMI creates a rich communication history between you and your customers, employees, and prospects by automatically linking emails to relevant contacts, projects, and sales opportunities in Daylite. These emails can be easily shared with colleagues, or kept private for only your viewing. Since Daylite stores these emails directly in your database, you'll always have a backup of your important email history.
You can also create new Daylite contacts directly from the DMI drawer in Apple Mail and add new email addresses to existing contacts. Creating new linked projects, opportunities, appointments, and tasks are all just a click away - right within Apple Mail.
What's New in This Release:В· Fixed an important issue with offline databases. If you are on Lion and have been using 3.14 or any of the previous 3.15 betas, you must recreate your offline database (we force you to do so)! If you have a large database, please allocate the appropriate amount of time for this.
В· Conversation view support removed. We've removed support for the conversation view in Mail for DMI. We could not reliably determine the selection when applying the automatic rules. In Mail, you can opt to disable "Organize by Conversation" or choose to "Expand all Conversations" to handle the emails individually. Both of the these options are in the View menu in Mail.
