Webcam support for KDE4

KCM webcam support is a modified version of the Password & User Account section in System Settings, to add webcam support for user image. This modification is based on Opencv library basically because it is multiplatform.

Is tested in KDE 4.4 (4.4.59)

The packge include 2 folders, KCM this is the System Settings module with webcam support (compile and install). The second folder Patch are patch files for kcm module. If you want download from svn, patch and compile.

IMPORTANT: In order to compile this files you need the OpenCV module, you can download from http://opencv.willowgarage.com/wiki/Getting_started?action=AttachFile&do=view&target=FindOpenCV.cmake

What's New in This Release:

В· This new version fix a bug that occurred when you delete an image and then add new image from cam.
В· New dialog for webcam (see the second screenshot).
В· Allow select different webcams (using Solid)
