Download and Installation Instructions

1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the SOAVCF-00172038-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOAVCF-00172038-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "VAIO Content Importer/VAIO Content Exporter Upgrader" screen, click "Next".
5. At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation.
6. At the "Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for VAIO Content Importer / VAIO Content Exporter 1.4 Upgrade" screen, click "Next".
7. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, click "Finish".
8. At the "Finished" screen, click "Finish".
9. Restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the VAIO® Content Importer / VAIO Content Exporter Utility Update is complete.
