Notebook Nec Versa S260 Lucent Technologies Modem Driver 3.1.109 for Windows 2000/XP

Download the self extracting file and double click on the file. It will create a folder C:\PNP\MODEM

1. Click My Computer with the secondary mouse button
2. Select Properties from the pop-up menu that appears
3. Click the Hardware tab
4. Click the Device Manager button
5. Double-click Sound
6. Double-click the driver already listed (e.g. PCI Display Adapter)
7. In the Device Properties window, select the Driver tab
8. Click the Update Driver button so that the Upgrade Device Driver Wizard will appear
9. Click the Next button
10. Select Search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended) and click Next
11. Select Specify a location and click Browse...
12. Browse to the folder where the drivers are located C:\PNP\MODEM.
13. Click OK, click Next, and follow the on screen instructions
14. Close device properties window by clicking Close
